The Home menu contains two sections:

• Charts
• First steps in Iziago

Charts

In this section, different widgets allow you to visualize, in charts, a summary of the different modules' data of your application.

Prerequisite: To view the charts, you must have the Display authorization for the different modules. The authorizations are managed in the Users and Authorizations > User Administration > Users menu.

The charts are sorted by module on your dashboard:

1. Cash forecasting Module:
   • The Cash balances evolution by account owner and by currency chart is displayed if you have defined at least one bank account in Iziago.
   • The Cash balances by account owner and by currency chart is displayed if you have defined at least two account owners or two accounts in different currencies in Iziago.
   • The Cash balances by bank and by currency chart is displayed if you have defined at least two banks or two accounts in different currencies in Iziago.
   • The Cash balances by currency chart is displayed if you have defined at least two bank accounts in different currencies in Iziago.
   • The Cash balances evolution by bank account chart is displayed if you have at least one bank account that has the “Account statement” right and for which the Cash forecasting module is activated.
2. Automatic account statement retrieval Option:
   Note: Charts in this module are only displayed if your bank accounts are connected to Ponto. 

   • The Bank Balances by Company chart is displayed if you have defined at least two bank accounts in Iziago.

   • The Bank Balances by Bank chart is displayed if you have defined at least two bank accounts in Iziago.

   • The Bank balance evolution by credit and debit chart is displayed if you have defined at least one bank account in Iziago.

   • The Bank balance evolution by account chart is displayed if you have defined at least one bank account in Iziago.

   • The Bank balance evolution by bank chart is displayed if you have defined at least one bank account in Iziago.

3. Payments Module:
   Note: The graphs in this module are displayed if you have activated at least one bank account in Iziago and if you have the Display right for the relevant transfer remittances.
   • The Overview of downloaded orders per bank chart. 
   • The Overview of downloaded orders per remittance type chart.
   • The Evolution of the total amount of downloaded SEPA remittances chart.
   • The Evolution of the total amount of downloaded domestic remittances chart.
   • The Overview of downloaded international remittances chart.
4. Direct debits Module:
   Note: The graphs in this module are displayed if you have activated at least one bank account in Iziago and if you have the Display right for the direct debit and SEPA direct debit remittances.
   • The Overview of downloaded orders per remittance type chart.
   • The Overview of the total amount of downloaded direct debit remittances chart.

The charts displayed on your dashboard are defined by default, depending on how you use them. You can customize this display.

Add or delete a chart

To add a new chart: 

1. Click on the + New Widget button at the top left.
2. A window appears with all the charts you can add.
3. Click on the Add this widget button, under the chart you want to add.
4. The chart will be displayed in the Charts section on the dashboard.

To delete a chart: 

1. Click on the icon at the top right of the chart you want to delete.
2. A window appears, click on Delete.
3. The chart is no longer displayed on the dashboard.

Edit a chart 

To edit a chart title: 

1. Click on the chart title.
2. You can change the text. Enter the new name of the chart.
3. Click outside the text box. Modifications are saved automatically.

To edit a chart settings: 

1. Click on the icon at the top right of the chart you want to edit.
2. A window appears with all the chart settings. Modify your settings (balances on value date or booking date, companies to display, periodicity to cover, currency and rate of your choice, etc.).
3. Click on Save.

Modify the display layout of a chart

To move a chart: 

1. Click on the icon at the top right of the chart.
2. Hold down the icon and move the chart to the required location.
   Note: You can only move charts in the Charts section of the dashboard.
3. Drop the icon to confirm the new chart location.

To view a chart in full screen, click on the icon at the top right of the chart.

To show or hide a chart, click on the icon at the top right of the chart.

Exporting and printing a chart

To export and print a chart, click on the icon at the top right of the chart.

Available export formats are the following:

• PNG
• JPEG
• PDF
• SVG

This section contains shortcut buttons to Iziago's most frequently used functions.
Note: If you do not have the necessary permissions on a function or module, the corresponding buttons are grayed out.
