Frequently asked questions

You can add as many users as needed, with no extra cost.

For security reasons, you must create one user for each employee that will use Iziago. Users must never share their logins or passwords in any circumstances.

To set user rights:

1. Go to Users and Rights > User administration > Users
2. Click the Edit button of the required user
3. Scroll down to the Rights section

In the table displayed, you can tick boxes depending on the type of right to grant the user for each feature:

1. Ticking a Display box allows the user to view the corresponding feature
2. Ticking a Create, Modify & Delete box allows the user to edit the corresponding feature
3. Ticking none of the two boxes prevents the user from accessing the corresponding feature

Do not hesitate to segregate duties. Granting your users different rights allows to restrict their scope, thus preventing them from having any malevolent behaviour.

To be able to enter forecast transactions, you need to set up a few parameters beforehand:

1. Add a new company (this step is optional as your company was automatically added at the creation of your Iziago account)
2. Add a new bank account and set initial balances
3. Set user rights on the newly created account

Follow these steps:

1. Enter the account balances provided by your bank
2. Confirm whether forecasts are realised or not
3. To adjust the balances, add additional transactions manually or let Iziago generate them automatically

To check the remaining days of your free trial period, go to My subscription > Subscribe :

The Subscription status column of the table displays the beginning and the end of your free trial.

Note that you can set up a contract at any time by clicking on Subscribe.

In the software, go to My subscription > Subscribe and click on Subscribe in under the table.

This will generate an automatic e-mail. We will then contact you shortly to set up a contract.

Please note that once your free trial period is over:

1. You cannot use Iziago until you subscribe
2. We keep your account activated, and store your data for a period of 3 months only. After this period, your data will definitely be erased
