Logging into Iziago:

  1. Enter your email address or your username.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Click on Log in.

If you have lost your username, click on Lost username? to recover it or enter your email address.
If you have lost your password, click on Lost password? to recover it. If your password is obsolete but has not expired, Iziago automatically invites you to enter a new one.

At this point, you need to enter a 4-digit security code that you can find on your authentication card. This card is intended to ensure a high level of security by preventing unauthorized connections.

How does the authentication card work?

After entering your username and password, Iziago asks you to enter a code (in this example, D5), and displays digits from 0 to 9 randomly placed in a grid:

  1. Click the four digits in the grid.
    If you click an incorrect digit, click on Reset and enter the code again.
  2. Click on Log in.

What should you do if your account is blocked?

Iziago temporarily blocks your account after several failed connection attempts (incorrect username, incorrect password, incorrect security code, etc.). An email notification is then sent to you. Your account is automatically unblocked after 15 minutes.

Iziago will block your account if too much time passed between subscription and first connection, or since your last connection. To unblock your account, contact your administrator or write en email to Iziago support teams at support@iziago.com.

Connecting from a new location

Every time you log in, Iziago controls your computer's IP address (its identification number) to ensure that no one else uses your account. As a result, if you're trying to access the software from a location other than your usual location, Iziago will not recognize your IP address. To be able to access Iziago from a different location:

  1. On the log in screen, enter the usual required information:
    1. Your email address or username and password.
    2. The security code in the grid.
  2. At this point, Iziago warns you that you're trying to log in from a different location and sends you a security code by email:
    1. Enter this code (make sure the E-mail ID in the mail and in the log in screen match).
    2. Click on Validate.

When the administrator creates a new user, the administrator's IP address is automatically added to the list of authorized IP addresses of the new user.
