The My subscription > Subscription > Subscribe menu displays the status of your subscription to Iziago's various modules and options. It enables you to :

• Subscribe to Iziago's modules and options.
• Add/remove packs to your subscription.
• Renew your subscription.
• Activate/deactivate an account for a module or option.

Subscribing to a module

1. Select My subscription > Subscription > Subscribe.
2. Click on Subscribe.
   Note: From the date you subscribe to Iziago, you have a 1-month trial period during which you can use all Iziago's modules and options for free.
3. Select the country of your company. The country you selected when signing in to Iziago for the first time is selected by default. You can change it if needed.
4. Select the duration of your subscription.
5. Follow One-off payment or Monthly payments by direct debits depending on the desired means of payment.

Subscribing to the Automatic account statement retrieval option

This option enables you to connect your bank accounts to Iziago to automatically retrieve your bank account statements.

Prerequisite: To subscribe to the Automatic account statement retrieval option, you must have subscribed to at least one of Iziago’s modules: Payments, Direct debits or Cash forecasting.

1. Select My subscription > Subscription > Subscribe.
2. Click on Subscribe.
   Note: From the date you subscribe to Iziago, you have a 1-month trial period during which you can use all Iziago's modules and options for free.
3. Select the country of your company. The country you selected when signing in to Iziago for the first time is selected by default. You can change it if needed.
4. Select the duration of your subscription.
5. On the line of the Automatic account statement retrieval option, select the number of accounts that will have this option.
6. In the displayed window, select the bank accounts that will have the option and click on Confirm.
   Note: You can only select bank accounts whose bank is connected to Ponto.
7. Follow One-off payment or Monthly payments by direct debits depending on the desired means of payment.
8. You must now connect your Iziago bank accounts to Ponto.

Adding packs to your subscription

1. Select My Subscription > Subscription > Edit and renew my subscription. A table displays the details of your subscription (validity date and status, number of packs, number of activated accounts for the Cash Forecasting module, number of issued transfers for the Payments module, number of issued orders for the Direct debits module.)
2. Click on Edit my subscription.
3. Click on  on the line of the desired module/option. In the window, select the number of packs to add and click on Add [x] packs.
4. After checking your order, view and accept the terms and conditions of use.
5. Click on Order now, then follow One-off payment or Monthly payments by direct debits depending on the desired means of payment.

Removing packs from your subscription

1. Select My Subscription > Subscription > Edit and renew my subscription. A table displays the details of your subscription (validity date and status, number of packs, number of activated accounts for the Cash Forecasting module, number of issued transfers for the Payments module, number of issued orders for the Direct debits module.)
2. Click Edit my subscription:
   
   • To delete a pack, click on on the line of the desired module/option. In the window, select the number of packs to be deleted and click on Terminate [x] packs.
     Note: If you wish to delete a Add [x] bank accounts pack, you must deselect the account(s) to be deactivated.
   • To delete a module/option, deselect the corresponding box and click on Terminate the module or Terminate the option.

Renewing your subscription

1. Select My Subscription > Subscription > Edit and renew my subscription. A table displays the details of your subscription (validity date and status, number of packs, etc.).
2. Click Renew my subscription.
   Note: If you have chosen direct debit as your payment method, your subscription is renewed automatically.
3. After checking your order, view and accept the terms and conditions of use.
4. Click on Confirm, then follow One-off payment or Monthly payments by direct debits depending on the desired means of payment.

Enabling or disabling an account for a module/option

1. Select My subscription > Subscription > Subscribe.
2. In the Bank account statuses table, click on the cursor in the column of a desired module/option on the line of an account to activate it. A green cursor indicates that the account is enabled for a module/option.
   Note: The number of accounts you can enable for a module/option depends on the subscription pack you chose.
3. To disable a module/option, click on the cursor in the column of a desired module/option on the line of an account. The gray cursor indicates that the account is disabled.

Modifying your payment method 

Prerequisite: You must be authorized to Create, Modify and Delete in the Subscription menu.  

1. Select My subscription > Subscription > Modify my subscription. 
2. Click on the Manage button at the bottom of the page.
3. A new page is displayed, where you can update your payment method.
