Forecast statements

Displaying a forecast statement

Prerequisite: You must have the following rights in the Users and Rights > User administration > Users menu:

  • Display on the Transactions function for the Cash forecasting module.
  • Create, edit, and delete on the Transactions function for the Cash forecasting module.
  • Account statement (in the Rights by accounts section) on the bank accounts for which you wish to display forecast statements.
  1. Select Cash forecasting > Daily treasury > Reports > Forecast statements.
  2. Enter the desired fields:
    • Accounts: Select the account for which you wish to display forecast statements. After selecting this account, you can select additional accounts by clicking on +.
      Notes:
      - To deselect an account, click on it.
      - The Display accounts separately option enables you to view the forecast for each account in an individual table.
    • Balances on: Select the period to be covered.
    • Calculated on: Indicate whether you wish to display your forecast balances on transaction date or on value date.
    • Transaction code: Select the transaction code for the forecast to be displayed.
    • Budgetary code: Select the budgetary code for the forecast to be displayed.
  3. Click on Display. The forecasts corresponding to your search are displayed in one or more tables, depending on your selection:
    • To export your forecasts in Excel format, click on .
    • To create a new forecast, click on New forecast and then follow the Add new forecast transactions procedure.
    • To edit a forecast :
      1. Click on in the Edit column on the forecast line. The forecast is displayed in the Edit forecast transaction screen.
      2. Enter or edit the desired data.
      3. Click on Save and then click on Back to return to the Forecast statements screen.
    • To delete a forecast, click on in the Del column on the forecast line.
